Integrity Virtual Secretaries (IVS) works with independent contractors (ICs). As such, you are responsible for your own taxes,
retirement, insurances, workers' compensation, etc.
For ICs on the Debt Settlement Project, you will receive an IRS Form 1099 after you have earned at least $600 in a year.
